If you find that you don’t agree with these terms, then our services might not be the right fit for you, and it’s best not to use them.
2. Safety First and Understanding Risks

We’ve trained our teachers with the best tools and practices to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience during our classes, workshops, retreats, or certification courses. While our teachers are committed to your safety, it’s important to remember that you are in control of your own body. Always listen to what it’s telling you, and never push yourself into something that feels uncomfortable or unsafe. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before participating. By joining our classes, you acknowledge that all physical activities come with inherent risks, and you agree to take responsibility for these risks.
3. Limitation of Our Responsibility
At Movement Flow Inc., we pride ourselves on the quality of our classes and the professionalism of our teachers. However, it’s important to understand that we can’t be held responsible for any injuries or mishaps that might happen during a class. Also, once our teachers have completed their training, they operate independently. So, we cannot be held accountable for their actions outside our classes or training programs.
4. Protecting Your Privacy

5. Staying Connected Through Emails
By signing up for our services, you’re giving us the thumbs up to send you emails. These might include updates, offers, or other information about our services. We follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, so you can be sure we won’t bombard you with unwanted emails. And remember, you can always opt-out if you change your mind.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, including videos and photographs taken at any events, classes, workshops, festivals, conventions, trainings, or photo shoots organized by Movement Flow Inc., are the exclusive property of Movement Flow Inc. Unauthorized use, duplication, or promotion of these materials for other events, schools, or purposes without express written consent from Movement Flow Inc. is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized use may be considered theft and is subject to legal action.
7. Adapting Our Terms
The world changes, and so do we. From time to time, we might need to update these terms and conditions. If we do, we’ll make sure you know about it. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you’re cool with the new terms.
8. Refund Policy
Before the Course Begins
We understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your enrollment before your course starts, we offer a partial refund. There will be a small fee for processing the refund, but we’ll get the rest of your money back to you as quickly as possible.
9. After the Course Begins
We put a lot of effort into creating our courses, and once you start, we’re all in. That’s why we can’t offer refunds after you’ve begun the Level One, Level Two, or Teacher Training courses.
11. Changes to Refund Policy
Just like our terms and conditions, our refund policy might need a tweak now and then. If we make changes, they’ll be posted on our website. These new rules will apply to any refund requests made after the policy has been updated.
12. 1 Group Certification Information
If you’re aiming to teach our Level 1 Movement Flow Group and 1-on-1 Trainings, here’s what you need to know:
Complete the Teacher Training Program: You need to have successfully completed our Teacher Training program to qualify.
Experience: You should have been actively teaching for at least 6 months to ensure you have adequate practical experience.
Engagement in Community Activities: Regular participation in our monthly teacher meetings and community events is crucial. This helps maintain our teaching standards and community spirit.
Mastery of Movements: You need to master all 30 movements and 12 warm-ups to perfection. This level of skill is essential for teaching others effectively.
Certification Approval: All certifications, including Level 1 certifications, mentorship certifications, and teacher training certifications, must be signed by Slava Goloubov. This step is vital to ensure quality control across our programs.
If you meet these criteria, you’re eligible to teach Level 1 Certifications. If not, you won’t be able to teach these courses. We maintain these standards to ensure our students receive top-notch instruction.
13. Your Insurance Responsibility
Each teacher at Movement Flow Inc. is responsible for securing their own insurance. While we provide the training and support you need to be a great teacher, we don’t offer insurance. It’s important for you to find a plan that fits your needs.
14. Founder’s Authority and Teacher Termination Clause
Lastly, it is important to note that Slava Goloubov, the founder of Movement Flow, reserves the legal right to terminate any teacher from teaching classes or certification courses due to any breach of school policy. This includes but is not limited to instances of infringement, lack of honesty, or disturbance in the community. However, it should be emphasized that such actions will not be undertaken lightly and will only be implemented in drastic cases to protect the integrity and reputation of the school.
