By focusing on precision and smart progressions, youโll transform skills that once felt out of reach into achievable and reliable movements, building both trust and clarity in your practice.
Standing Acro & Hand to Hand
This is where balance, connection, and shared strength come alive. Youโll practice standing acro foundations and build toward more creative expressions, including dance lifts, partner balances, and playful transitions. With time devoted to hand to hand progressions, youโll explore both structure and flow, discovering variations and approaches that help you expand your vocabulary while staying grounded in safety and partnership.
Floorwork & Soft Acrobatics
Movement on the ground connects strength with grace. These classes weave together cartwheels, flips, rolls, and handstands, showing you how to link acrobatic elements into flowing patterns. By combining conditioning with creativity, youโll develop the coordination and confidence to move seamlessly between strong foundations and expressive, playful movement.
Flow Creation and Integration
This is where everything comes together. Heidi and Slava will share original flows created specifically for this retreat, giving you new material and fresh inspiration. Youโll explore L-basing sequences, accessible pops, and creative combinations that think outside the box. More than just learning movements, these sessions are about finding your own rhythm, connecting ideas, and building flows that feel alive and uniquely yours.
Yin Yoga with Bolsters and Blankets
Each day closes with deep rest. Supported postures, long holds, and breath awareness invite your body to soften and your nervous system to settle. With bolsters and blankets to fully support you, Yin Yoga becomes the perfect counterbalance to the dayโs training, allowing you to release tension, restore balance, and prepare for another full day of movement.
