Between Beginner to Advanced Handstand, Floor work, Martial arts and Soft acrobatics the system is designed to process and regress you to achieve or gain the fundamental blocks to gain each skill.

Learning Capoeira from Brazilian masters, doing Acrobatics in Europe, performing in the Circus, studying with Shaolin monks in China, and even Free Diving to 120 Feet in Mexico to understand the power of the human physiology. Slava has always been curious to explore the human bodies potential. Taking the best knowledge and wisdom from every discipline and combining them into the Movement Flow System. Slava’s purpose is to make physical education accessible to everyone.

Assistant teacher

Jennie has had an amazing journey, starting as a pro golfer in South Korea, then becoming a Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience. Now, she runs her own studio, teaching and helping people to re-educate themselves and heal. She’s a key member of the Movement Flow community, actively involved in teaching classes, assisting in trainings, and always connecting her work back to Movement. Jennie is a true example of a teacher dedicated to help and share her knowledge with others.

Yoga-Dance-Martial Arts-Gymnastics All Under One Roof

The first of its kind, this course is designed specifically to enhance and target your movement development. This course will give you the tools and knowledge to address your strengths and work on your weaknesses, teaching you the necessary skills to get faster, slower, and more controlled while keeping a fluid calmness in your flow, using our system of 30 Transitions and 12 warm-ups you are sure to have a blast while connecting and learning with others.



The day prior to the training you’ll be sent a Googles Meets link that will connect you with the rest of the group through this link you will access the training.

The link will be sent to you via email, every day before each training day starts but to make it simple you can also use the exact same link to access each session, but we will still send it to you as a reminder.

That’s the beauty of Movement Flow: all you need to do is move a couch, coffee table, or whatever is in your living space off to the side. Then find your physical bubble, which is usually the equivalent of you laying down on the floor like a starfish to measure the space.

Most definitely. Every single session will be recorded from beginning to end and shared with everyone in the group. That way, when you finish your training, you can still go back and watch all the juicy details and some of the information you might’ve missed.

This particular course is suitable for individuals at all levels of experience. However, it’s important to bear in mind that the course is physically rigorous and interactive. In addition to theoretical knowledge, you’ll be required to apply what you learn by incorporating it into your own physical practice. Therefore, be prepared to put in both mental and physical effort.
