In this weekly Movement Flow class, students will be guided through a series of movements, from learning single moves to practicing seamless flows.
The class is typically divided into different segments, each with its own focus and set of movements and flows. We will also cover warm-up, flexibility, strength, mobility, and coordination to build solid foundations for floor movements.
The Movement Flow weekly class aims to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination while promoting mindfulness and body awareness. By moving the body in new and challenging ways, students can increase their range of motion and improve their overall physical fitness.
